Gladstone Morrison originally hails from Jamaica and had a talent with track from an early age. He used his talents on the track to secure a scholarship offer from the University of Texas at Arlington. He took advantage of this scholarship by working hard both on the track and in the classroom. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1997 with an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. He would go on to work for more than twenty years for ND Industries Inc. He held the position of Quality Control Engineer and developed their Quality Management System with ISO 9001-2008 compliance, which they still use today.
